Does anyone have this book?

I am looking for a poem about being a parent and I am sure I read it in this book http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nations-Favourite-Poems-Griff-Jones/dp/0563387823 or at least one of the books from the 'Nations Favourite' series (BBC).

I have tried poemhunter.com and searched on lime and I do not have access to a libraby. I desperately need the poem, it goes something like 'this is my life, pass it on', I am sure it is written by a female poet.

Please help!!

Try to get the book out from the library; or start a discussion in the forum on Amazon and ask is the poem is in there, and if someone will share it.
