Will this be a good car for my 15 y/o son? It will be his first automobile

and it looks realy cool.? My uncle, whom I was very close to, died and left me his car. It looks like a hotrod from the 60's maybe. I asked someone in my neighborhood and he told me it was a "t bucket" or something like that. Then he started rattling off words like "big block", "supercharger", "nitros oxide"' etc. I don't know what all of that means but my neighbor was really excited about it. He said that he estimates the horsepower at around 700. Is that too much for a 15 y/o kid? He promised me he would be careful if I let him have the car.
