My Mp3 player keeps saying "File format not supported."?

I am using a Zune pass for my songs, but the device isn't a zune. It has worked in the past, but now it won't play at all. Help, please?

And i've also checked the songs, and it says that it isn't protected..
I really don't know whats wrong.
