How do I deal with my twin brothers death?

It's been a year since my twin brother took his own life and I can't seem to come to reality and accept It. I find myself blocking It out.I breakdown In the middle of conversations not related To my brother. At work,It's the same. I don't know If anyone can relate or truly understand how I feel but any advice would help.This Is the first Time I am trying to talk about it.Thanks
