    I eat healthy with my binges every now & then. I don't think it's healthy if you don't indulge in some of your favorite foods every once & again.

    Im eating rocky road right now and i just got done with a bowl of popcorn. I'm probably a junk food person but only becuase it cost money to be a healthy person. And im poor at the moment

    I rather starve than eat fast food or any kind of junk. You seriously feel so much healthier.
    I use to be a junk food junky I had no problem with it. But when I tried the health way which was hard to transition to. It was worth it my friend.
