lg keybo is a recent phone, meaning that max I would say you ve been on this contract for a year now, so you have about 2yrs left. your not eligible for the 3yr price. you would probably get a discount. The best thing would be to call them, since you'll need to get the offer added anyways.

Your ONLY choices are:
1) buy a phone at full (non-contract) price from TELUS
2) buy a TELUS pay&talk phone (they're less expensive) from Walmart/Futureshop/ BestBuy and swap it to your account
3) buy a used TELUS phone from ebay or kijiji and swap it to your account


TELUS will not offer a discount until you are about six months away from renewing your contract.
