The oil pressure sensor is probably bad and it needs to be changed. Either that or you have a bad oil pump.

check to see if your fluid is burnt (dark brown)...
check to see if your fluid is burnt (dark brown) I bet it is. also you could have low line pressure which would make it hard for the shift solenoids to put the tranny into drive.
