Start>Settings>System>Clear Storage
enter 1234 and press the YES button.
This will clear everything on your phone. It should restart you phone as well.

I am a Sprint employee and I am calling out everyone that has problems with Sprint. Why pay $200 to cancel the service when you could work out the issue with a good Sprint representative like myself?...

What folder do I put my downloaded music into in order to play them on my ptunes? I have a few songs that I downloaded in my sounds folder, but they aren't viewable to play with ptunes. HELP!
