I have a MAX V8 MP6 PLAYER, it has been working fine for 3 days. I tried to turn on all I got was the MAX loading page(which is one sec) and then a black screen. I tried to press on the restart button and turn on all over again yet nothing changed. There is no catalogue and installing the software is useless because my comp is not recognizing it...what should I do? please if any got the solution please email at [email protected]. Thank you
