how to fix seeds/peer 0.0000 ratio in u torrent?

i am downloading IP MAN the final fight from u torrent and it is 98.7% completed but now the downloading speed is 0.00 kbps and the seeds/peer ratio is 0.0000. help me please.
the other torrents are working but only this one is not working.
