...hard or low notes? I've ruled out the possibility of the tweeters being pushed too hard by playing the stereo at the same volume level with the sub woofers on and off. Popping only occurs when the subs are on. Sound can be cranked all the way up with sub woofers disabled and no popping occurs in the tweeters.
