Does TELUS charge for receiving long distance calls?

I'll make this as simple as I can. If you are in your local calling area and you answer a call you will NOT pay LD regardless of where the call is coming from. If you are outside your local calling area then you WILL pay LD for EVERY incoming call. So, let's say you have a Toronto number and you are visiting Ottawa, every call you answer is charging you LD but if you call a number in Ottawa it is a 'local' call. Any call you make that is not to an Ottawa number is also LD. Of course the airtime you use during any of these calls is deducted from your bucket of minutes as if you were at home in Toronto.

I hope that wasn't too confusing.
