I have a Toshiba with windows vista Home Basic we just got an acer aspire and I cannot seem to find windows dvd maker on windows 8 I searched on my c drive for windows dvd maker and it does not find the program can i download windows dvd maker for windows 8 or is windows dvd maker not compatible with windows 8 hence why it is not pre-installed
