I am using WIFI router provided by local telecom company (MTNL). It works fine with my laptop. However, for my mobile phone (LG Optimus P500), it works fine when I connect it but after ideal time (stand by), it gets disconnected from internet.
My cell phone shows that its connected with wifi but internet is not there on the phone. At the same time I am able to access internet from my laptop. It seems that internet is available on the wifi but my cell phone cannot connect to it.
I googled and found that few settings require to be changed to fix this issue. I am not sure what values should I set for these settings.
The settings in my router is as follows
Beacon Interval: 100 ms(range: 20~1000)
RTS/CTS Threshold: 2347 bytes(range: 1500~2347)
Fragmentation Threshold: 2346 bytes(range: 256~2346, even numbers only)
DTI: 1 (range: 1~255)
Wireless Mode: 802.11b+g+n
Station Number: 16 (range: 0~16)
Please help me out fix this issue.
