I have a 1986 Ford Ranger 2.9L V6 and I'm not sure if it will pass emissions, it doesn't run real great and it needs a new alternator and radiator, I'm changing the alternator and radiator, so what will I need to make it run it's best. Oh also it hasn't been driven in a long time, just around the block every couple months, and I'm thinking about changing the fuel filter and spark plugs and wires, anything else I should need? Thanks
