I'm23 years old and just tonight, for the first time, when I lay down, about every couple minutes I get this noise in my left ear as if someone is blowing in it or if wind is blowing. I don't feel anything, it's just the noise and it's kinda freaking me out. Its very irritating and I can't fall asleep. What in the world is causing this? And I do NOT have a cold or allergies or anything like that.
