Ok second time asking and updated a few things
I know I should go with an intel but if i do at the moment i will go well over my budget which im already doing.. here it is

There it is question is How do you all think this build will preform on say like crysis or cod5 and even possibly some 3dsmax? and how much trouble do you think I will have with install of the ruby to the board

all together I'm looking at right at $900 I didnt want to go over 800 but I did so with out increasing the price is this a good build?
