Trouble with Motorola DCT2000 comcast cable box!?

I just got my 2nd DCT2000 Motorola cable box from comcast today. After setting it up it kept showing this " ONE MOMENT PLEASE This channel should be available soon ref code s0a00" . I unplugged and plugged back, i did setup the code for it, and I wait about 2 hours. This happened to the first one and I send it back. What should I do? Please help my tv is a panasonic that has a vcr and dvd built in and is old (2003 maybe )

Your tv and the cable box have to be on the same channel. Most use channel 3 or 4. Check the cable box and then put your tv on that channel and turn it on.
