A photographer captured mesmerizing footage of a giant 65-foot ice disk slowly spinning on the surface of the Chuoer River in Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia on November 16. This rare natural phenomenon usually occurs on a river's outer bend, where accelerating water pushes an ice chunk and friction with its surroundings smooths it into a perfect circle.
