The Rafah Border Crossing between Gaza and Egypt opened for people on November 1, Al Jazeera reported.The Palestinian General Authority for Crossing and Borders published a list of more than 500 people, including foreign and dual nationals, who would be allowed to leave via the crossing on Wednesday.It said, “81 seriously injured people [would] be discharged for treatment in hospitals” in Egypt.This footage was published by Gaza-based journalist Mohammed Abu Samra.
