Nov 1, 2012 #1 S ScottL Member Jun 5, 2008 38 0 6 My liver test showed AST at 68 U/L and ALT at 24 U/L. I'm 42 and in pretty good shape, don't smoke, drink or take any medications. All my other blood test numbers are within acceptable ranges. Should I be worried? What type of problem could this indicate?
