Kuala Lumpur stopover / day tour. pl quide. Urgent pl.?

Hi. I will reach KL Intnl Airport on 11 Nov morning 7 AM and have the connecting flight at 9PM same night. (basically stopover).
Would like to see Twin towers & Batu Caves in those few hours.
- Are there tours from KLIA airport itself?
- Or should I come to the City Centre for tours?
- which is the cheapest yet good tour operator? pl give the link/name
- is it better to go by public transport instead of tour operator? If yes, pl guide on the public transport

You need to be back at the airport well beforw 8.00PM to catch/check-in for your next flight.
I suggest that you take the train to Sentral then look for a taxi and negotiate with the driver to take you around... first to Batu caves....then to the Petronas towers..etc. .... Cost per day....say RM300/= [US$100.00]....He may drop you off and come back for you at an agreed time and location. For tours, look out for "tour desks" at the airport.
