Is this a healthy daily meal plan?

I am trying to drop a few pounds, and I was wondering if I'd get anywhere if I followed this basic meal plan.

- 1 bowl of Original Special K
- Up to 2 Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt cups
- Peeled cucumbers dipped in low-calorie Italian
- Up to 2 mugs of plain chicken broth
- Grapes as a snack
- 1 300-calorie Michelina's dinner meal

It might not seem like much in comparison to what I could eat, but I am surprisingly filled by all of this at the end of the day - so don't think I'm trying to starve myself. And as a side note, I usually only have one yogurt and one mug of chicken broth, if any at all. I just say 'up to 2' because on some days I'm really hungry and that would be my limit if I needed more.
