...Samsung Highlight? So my phone has not been working. I called T-Mobile Tech and Costumer Support about 4 times and did trouble shooting. they claimed it was the SIM card but my SIM card worked fine in another phone. So we did an UNNECESSARY master reset which did not cure anything and now ALL of my data is gone and I still don't have a phone. Is there ANY WAY POSSIBLE that I can recover those lost contacts,pictures,messages... my life??? PLEASE HELP!
