Is there an ipod dock that has speakers, which plugs in to a car cigarette lighter?

I want to listen to my ipod in my car, but I don't want to get an fm transmitter and go through by car's stereo speakers because they're rubbish.

I want to buy some sort of docking station which plugs in to the cigarette lighter, and plays through it's own speakers. Quite simple really.

Is there such a thing to buy in the UK?
