Is AT&T really better than T-Mobile now?

T-Mobile just finished fourth in JD Power & Associates survey for customer service. Are we really worse than AT&T because I thought they were the "gold standard" for piss poor service and screwing people over? There was that attempt for AT&T to purchase T-Mobile that probably caused T-Mobile to really stop caring. Now it's all these restocking fees, suspension fees, BS charges, bloatware on phones like Caller ID, T-Mobile TV, etc. Sprint still sucks, imho.

Those of you who have recently had AT&T or T-Mobile (in 2011 or later) please chime in on what you think of these companies good or bad service...
