IOS 6.1 ?! iPod touch?

I am currently running iOS 6.0.1 and I need to update for 6.1
My iPod touch is jail broken so I keep getting error 9000 I think I forgot but anyways where's a link where I can download free 6.1 software so I can install it my self thx



And I can't update all I need is a good website where I can download 6.1 so I can install my self cuz I keep getting an error when I try to update via iTunes
