i want to install apps on my iPad that i bought on my mac. how do i use iCloud?

So my iPad was broken. a few months later i bought an iMac. i bought some apps using the mac. and my iPad is now okay. i want to install the apps that i bought on my mac, but the button said 'BUY APP' not 'INSTALL' and i dont want to take the risk to loose more money just for the same apps that i already bought. so how do i use iCloud ?
ps: i'm not from a country that use english for the main language, so dont mock me for my grammar thanks!

Apps are not the same for Mac OS and iOS. You have to buy a Mac app to use in Mac OS and buy an iOS app to use on iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch.

Imagine if you owned a Dell computer and a Mac. You cannot use the Microsoft Office of the Windows system on the Mac OS system. They are separately sold, just like all Mac OS apps and iOS apps.
