How do i connect dvd/vcr combo to a hd tv?

i just bought my grandma flat screen tv and i found that the tv doesnt have a yellow video out plug soo is there any other way to connect a dvd/vcr combo to the tv?

You cant.

VCR is such an old technology that modern HDTV's no longer have yellow composite inputs.

The DVD side - might have 3 rca jacks Red, Blue, Green. HDTV's sometimes have these inputs.

There's another way to do it. You need a different type of wire. You need a coaxial cord which is pretty cheap and easy to get. You just hook the coaxial out from the back of the VCR combo to the coaxial in on the TV and put the and just press the coaxial input when you want to use it.
