My grandma ordered me a new phone and when I opened it from the box, it was activated in 1-click.
My question is, how does Sprint add the phone that you order to your plan before shipping it? It just doesn't make any sense to me.......you need an ESN serial number to activate a phone, if I'm not mistaken, and to get that number you must look under the battery.
I don't think Sprint does that, because it wouldn't be very efficient, so again, what is the process that Sprint does to pre-activate phones that are ordered?
