How can i upgrade my iphone 3gs ios to 5.1.1 or 5.0.1?

How can i upgrade my iphone 3gs ios to 5.1.1 or 5.0.1 in this year of 2013?Because when i plug in to my itunes it says do you want to update to 6.1.3.But after i done a research on the internet,got many problem after/while updating it.So i wont take the risk i just want to update to ios 5.0.1 or 5.1.1
Please help me
Note:i dont want to update it to ios 6.1.3 because it got many problem i just want to update it to ios 5.0.1 or ios 5.1.1

Plug it into your computer and open itunes, click on the bar where you organize your phone and there will be a button that says upgrade, click it.
if you open itunes, a message saying to upgrade your phone might just pop up automatically, then you wont have to go through so much trouble.
