I'm using uTorrent, and I don't pretend to know a lot about how it works, but here's the situation. I'm downloading a very small torrent, and I only have a connection with 1 peer. Both of us have exactly the same data, and aren't connected with any other peers, so our upload speeds are both 0. My guess is I'm being throttled, and so I can't establish connections with any other peers, so I can't upload and get un-throttled.
I don't know whether or not this is the problem. Could someone out there who knows more about torrents please clarify this, correct me, and/or tell me what I can do?
