HALIFAX — The Halifax Regional Municipality says residents should stay off the roads due to damage caused by heavy rainfall and flash flooding, with little reprieve in sight. Environment Canada has issued rainfall warnings for much of the province and notes some areas have already received more than 150 millimetres of rain.
