whenever i go on a fishing boat I always see a little clear tube hanging off the side of the boat. they spray it around the boat to clean the deck how do they get the water to go against gravity? Is there a motor under the boat pushing the water up? I heard that they suck up the water until it starts to come out and then it keeps coming out. Is that true?
