Is that why you've been so transparent about your personal struggles with mental health?I like to be transparent as much as I can. If somebody asked me what's going on, it benefits me and everyone else to actually say what I'm feeling. But if I can tell that I'm just having an irritable day, I don't have to psychoanalyze myself and give everyone a full report about a random Thursday. In general, I'm honest about saying, “I'm just not feeling it” or “I'm feeling great.” I guess that started when I got out of treatment.
