I'm 6'3 245 lbs. I want to be 190 lbs. I'm 21 and a guy.
breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs and banana
lunch- turkey sandwich, apple, 10 baby carrots
dinner- 8oz chicken breast, green beans, baked potato or mac and cheese
workout- push, pull, legs, push, pull, legs, walk/run 4 miles and do 100 situps...
i'm 5'5"
and i weigh about 135 pounds.
i'm not exactly fat, but my stomach is getting there.
and i can feel my butt getting bigger.
