I have a pair of high waisted capris and they're light wash and I thought they'd look really cute as high waisted shorts. Will the capris come instyle or should I cut them? They're not like tight capris they're kinda loose.
And if so where can I get them for under 20 dollars in stores. (no forever 21 close) Also, what other things will be in fashion then? Thanks! I'm a rising freshman!
