schizophrenia? Here's a passage from my book. The protagonist is a schizophrenic who's mother has just died and has left him and his sister alone in the world. Do you think it's an accurate(ish) portrayal of the disease? I don't want to offend anyone by making it too unrealistic.

I think portrayal of females as strong enduring emotional people has improved at times even if here and there a director will be found who produces a film or TV media that shows lots of sexism. Like at times some people might make films that give people the idea that all women are only about sex...
