I am going to be going on vacation for a month and I need to bring my own pillow. I am going to be on a plane for 7 and a half hours and I am planning on sleeping. So I need a pillow that is small enough for the plane ride and perfect to use as a pillow when I get there. Thanks for the help!
I usually do abs on the floor every 2 days or so. I have an ab lounge ultra, but its just got boring. I herd around that to get a better contraction of your abs you can put a pillow behind your lower back while doing different kinds of crunches. But do you think it would work with the ab lounge...
