How long should a new Nextar MP3 to charge?

Where can I get map upgrades for my Nextar GPS? its the Nextar X4T also, is there a way to get marine maps?

It's a Q4-03. The manual says that "updates may be available in the future" and I cannot find anything to update it and its pretty outdated...

O.K, It just got a Nextar X3 3.5 Touch Screen Navigation System. You can put Pictures & Music, but I don't know how to. My computer is A dell & and its a Vista. I think the Navigation System is for Window XP. Please tell me how to put Pictures & Music into it. Thanks for Helping!!! :)
