recently got this and when i started installation a box came up saying either i wasn't connected to the internet or the server is not responding. but i am because i was online and my internet modem showed i was connected.
i tried for a couple days and the same thing happened

When I do video capture there is no sound and when I do audio capture I can not pull it up as a microsoft video/audio capture. Can anyone tell me what I should do to get video and audio capture and it will not record at the same time.
