I'm about to buy my first used car and I have been looking at a 2002 VW Jetta GLS, but my uncle told me its a bad car, is this true? I've heard people say they are good, and then I've heard people say they are expensive to fix and break down a lot, please help.
More specifically, the power window and lock switches, and all the red lights around the radio and HVAC. I know there seem to be red LEDs in the overhead console by the map lights...I'm asking because I'm planning to add electroluminescent wire to these circuits and I'm not sure if an LED rated...
Going to buy my first car and I don't know whether or not I should get a Jetta or Honda Civic. My mom was saying that Jettas aren't good because they're foreign cars and it would be hard to get parts if it broke down. Is this true?
