    In BitTorrent 6.4 what does "Enable DHT network" and "Enable peer exchange" mean?

    In BitTorrent 6.4 what does "Enable DHT network" and "Enable peer exchange" mean? What happens if I turn these off, does it mean people can't download my stuff?
