The power went out for 2 seconds and it shut down the Motorola dct700 cable box and none of the two lights on the front will turn on. The message on the TV screen says unavailable signal. Can anyone help?
I recorded something but cannot find where to start it. I know that you press the "My
DVR" button in order to find the recordings, but when I press it nothing opens. Is it my control or does it not record and they mess with you by giving you a record option?
I have a motorola DCT700, comcast cable box, and I cant get the red light to come on, is there any way to reset these things? The yellow light is on but the red light wont come on. I'm using my neighbors connection and I think comcast blocked the box. Thanks.
Okay, so, I just got my box a few days ago, and after my mom pulled away some extra electronics, the box won't turn on. I've confirmed that the box is plugged in to power, and all cable connections are tight. My DVR box in another room is still working fine. Help! D:
I just bought a DCT700/MX2 digital cable set box from my cable supplier, and for one month they are giving me open signal for all channels (except PayPerView's), I assume there would be a way in which I could unlock the cable signal receiver in order to get all the channels... Does anybody know...
