    Windows 7 'A disk read error occurred press ctr+alt+delete to restart fix?

    It says that on the screen. I'm pretty sure my computer is doomed.. Is there any possible fix to this..? Please help!?

    Disk boot error ctr alt del to restart?

    I cant get into safe mode i dont have the system disk i cant do anything its pissing me off is there anyway i can manually reset hard drive by taking apart computer? This isnt a laptop nor notebook its a normal pc desktop
