I am downloading a 3.92 GB game with bit torrent (7.8) and first the speed was fairly decent, running at 350 KB/s now its down to 40 KB/s for some reason. if i pause the download, it'll jump back up to about 320 KB/s then go down and flat line at 40. its not my internet speed, which runs at 3...
