I had a handheld video-game purchased in Germany back in 80s. I'm trying to remember the name and maybe find a picture. It had monochromatic display. Game was about people in water who need help, and a Lifeguard/boy who throws Life Buoy to them. I'm 100% sure I had it before 1990.
