As Joe Walsh reminds us, a proper Maserati does 185. (Maybe not so fast with the drop-top.) Recent convertible Masers have been offered in Sport versions, with a few extra ponies; perhaps one of these was the dicing partner. (I'd expect him to beat the Dodge, which has plenty of top end but...
P0446 usually means the valve to the EVAP canister, which stores random fuel vapors so they don't end up in the atmosphere, is screwy. The part itself runs about $180, but it shouldn't take a whole day to install.
The biggest difference, of course, is that the Maxima is a front-driver; the G is RWD (unless you find an AWD version). Neither of them is especially fuel-efficient if you drive with a heavy foot. There's more room in the Maxima; the G can feel a bit snug. In my neck of the woods - your...
I say stick with the FX. They don't have an enormous number of issues, even at that age, and any money you save on maintenance is going to be eaten up by a whole bunch of car payments, unless by some fluke they offer to trade you even up.
The operative term is "frames": the Imperials (through the late 1960s, anyway) actually had a separate frame, even after Chrysler's other products switched to unibody design. Perhaps they're not sufficiently demolished?
If the system thinks that it's 22 below, it isn't going to turn on the A/C. I suspect that the little sensor that reads the outside temperature - it's in front of the condenser - is toast.
The coupe, stick or slushbox, has a few more ponies, if you believe Nissan's power ratings, but it weighs more, so it's a wash.
(There was a reported difference between manual and automatic on '05-'06, but not the '04. It was trivial anyway.)
Things don't go wrong too often on these cars, but they're not particularly cheap to fix. I've put about $7000 into my '00 I30 over the years; on the other hand, it's running just fine at 127k and there are no pending issues.
The only real issue with the G20 is that it didn't have a Nissan...

Newsgroups grew out of Usenet, which dates to 1980; it's basically a collection of glorified message boards, although much of the traffic these days is either spam or "binaries" - encoded files which may be pictures, sounds, or whatever, but which are transmitted as text.

I tried this on Firefox, which promptly loaded up Agent, which is my Usenet newsreader of choice. (Mozilla fans wanting a newsreader should look into Seamonkey.)
Then again, my ISP has its own news server. Many of them don't, although there are subscription services out there.
