I have heard ectomorphs should only do 5 sets per muscle group and train that muscle group 2-3 times a week instead of once a week. Just wondering what you think is good for hypertrophy. I feel like 5 sets is way way way too low. I am thinking about doing 4 weeks hypertrophy and 2 weeks strength...
