I'm curious to know a few things. I own a 2002 2.7 4wd Extended cab SR5, 6' bed
1- Will the Lightening series sports bar fit my truck? Every site I find it on only has it listed for the 2004 and up. Is there that much of a size difference that it wouldn't fit my '02?

Get your thermostat replaced. It's most likely stuck open and keeping your motor to cool to do anything with heat. Or if it's stuck mid way it's only going to partially work. 9 times out of ten though if your thermostat gauge ain't working it's the actual thermoastat on the motor.
